Tike Tech CityX3 Stroller Description
The Tike Tech CityX3 Single Stroller rolls through the urban jungle on wide-track 12″ tires and a durable aluminum frame. The one-step fold makes the CityX3 from Tike Tech ready to stow and go.
Standout Features:
- Wide, 12″ wheels roll smoothly over pavement and rough trails
- A one-step fold makes storage easy when you’re on the go
- IFD (Independent Frame Dampening) Shox keep the ride ultra smooth
- A fully padded seat reclines with just one touch
Benefits for You: The Tike Tech CityX3 handles like a dream with a 12″ wide-track front swivel wheel with adjustable tracking.
The suspension system ensures a smooth ride while the rear 12″ wheels keep the X3 stroller steady over rough terrain. The one-step dual rear parking brake keeps the X3 all-terrain stroller in place when stopped.
Driving the CityX3 swivel-wheel stroller feels mighty comfortable thanks to an adjustable handle bar with an ergonomic design.
Keep everything you need close to hand with a mesh seat pocket located on the back of the seat, two mesh pockets inside the seat cabin, and a super roomy underseat basket.
The Tike Tech CityX3 folds up in just one step for fast and easy storage on the go. The fold measures 32.5″ x 24″ x 18.5″
Compatiblity: With the Tike Tech Car Seat Adapter, The CityX3 accepts the following infant car seats:
- Graco Snugride
- Graco Snugride 32
- Peg Perego Primo Viaggio
- Evenflow Embrace
- Britax Companion
- Britax Chaperone
Benefits for Baby: Little ones ride comfortably in the fully padded seat. Both the seat bottom and back feature extra support, making the CityX3′s seat sturdier than many hammock-style seats.
The one-touch recline makes post-lunch naps super comfortable. Reclining to 23 degrees, the CityX3 is suitable for infants from 6 weeks. For newborns, get the Tike Tech Bassinet to create a traditional pram.
The removable canopy extends far over the seat for maximum shade. The 5-point harness with adjustable padded safety straps keeps baby both secure and comfortable.
Comparison: Like the Tike Tech CityX3, the Baby Jogger City Classic features an easy one-hand fold and off-road capability thanks to 12″ tires. In contrast to the CityX3, the City Classic allows for 15 additional lbs of kid and gear for a total of 70 lbs.
If you’d like to do a little light jogging with your stroller, check out the BOB Revolution 12″ AW stroller. The Revolution 12″ AW has a lockable front swivel wheel that stands up to jogging at a modest pace. Unlike the CityX3, the handlebar on the Revolution 12″ AW does not adjust.

I absolutely love this stroller. It is simply awesome! There is not a thing I would change about the stroller. For those parents looking for a great canopy to block the sun this one happens to be the best I have seen. That was a very important feature for me when choosing a stroller. The seat is comfortable and the stroller is quite easy to push. It truly is one great stroller. I unfortunately had a mishap (it was my fault) and damaged the front end. I contacted Tike Tech (note, I left a voice message on customer support line and emailed) and within 24 hours I did get a reply. I was told I could ship the stroller back for repair and that tike tech would fix the broken part and ship the stroller back to me at no cost. I thought this was fair. I spent around thirty nine dollars shipping the stroller back to tike tech and had it fixed and back in hand two weeks later. I was pleased as I have another stroller that was in need of repair and we had to pay for shipping both ways so tike tech was more then fair and accommodating. I am back to strolling and happy as can be!

First of all I want to commend joggingstroller.com for great service! I got the stroller 2 days after I ordered it. And free shipping too! I got this stroller 2-3 months ago and the first time I saw it I was like “wow! this is heavy duty, no kidding!” Its very sturdy, very easy to maneuver, large canopy, and I like the front bar. My 18 month old likes to put his legs up on the bar, and he’s so comfy in this stroller. Its heavy at first but then I got used to it (considering Im only 96 lbs!) It serves its purpose and thats what matters. I used this most of the time for walking/running and malling. I dont have a problem stowing it in my suv considering I have the 3rd row seats up all the time. Ive one concern though, I plan to travel soon and Ive been looking for a travel bag for this stroller and cant find one. Any recommendations?

Got this stroller this weekend and used it that same day. I am so happy with this purchase. My daughter sits comfortably and looks like she’s just as happy as I am with the stroller. Smooth ride, turns great, and the canopy is outstanding. Felt proud to have chosen this stroller. Good quality.

I wish I had bought this stroller sooner but I was cheap and couldn’t justify spending the money (because I don’t have a lot to burn!) but I have to say this was worth every penny. I have a 14 month old and I just bought this for walks on the bike path and around the neighborhood. Things I Like: -The front swivel wheel is really nice -the sun canopy is ample -an adjustable handle bar. My husband and I are both tall 5’9 and 6’0 and this is the first stroller I have found that was tall enough that we aren’t hunching over. I bought it in red which is cheerful and will work for a boy or girl. I love this stroller. I would still own a smaller one though for trips to the mall or to the city. As any mom knows you end up going through many strollers before finding the perfect one. Hopefully I am done! P.S. my other stroller is the Peg Perego Aria…light as a feather but also fantastic!

I could never understand why anyone would pay more than $200 for a stroller. Heavy? It’s a great workout! Bulky? Store it in the garage! But I never thought of things like how jarring those cheap ones were on my baby’s little body. This stroller is worth every penny and I will tell everyone I know how awesome it is. First of all, it turns on a dime. The 3 wheels allow for great mobility and also give the flexibility of using it as a jogger without the gigantic wheel in front. The shade comes down real low. Easy to fold and store. Very lightweight. The inflated tires make the ride very smooth and my daughter sleeps fantastic in it. I am so glad I finally splurged on this… I am just sad it took me 3 kids to realize how worth it it would be!

I had to spend some time thinking about spending over three hundred and fifty on a stroller but now that I did I am totally pleased with my purchase. This stroller is awesome!! I like that it is sporty, rugged and so easy to push. From a comfort perspective the seat and fabric is top quality. I did compare this stroller with many other brands and this stroller overall had the most features we were looking for. We did purchase the car seat adapter which is amazing and allowed us to use this stroller from the moment we arrived home with our little baby girl. This is the only stroller we will need!!

I did not have to do a lot of research on line because my sisters walking group has just about every stroller out there. I was able to compare tike tech’s new CityX3 with the Bob revolution the baby jogger and the P&T to name a few. All of us agreed after comparing all the strollers that this new tike tech is the best of the bunch and funny enough the most affordable even though it is still an expensive stroller. This stroller has good suspension an adjustable handle bar, great storage and a very good feel to it. I especially like the car seat adapter as others have mentioned. This adapter can be installed in literally 3 seconds with no tools. My sisters Husband spent over an hour installing the bob adapter. I also like the stroller fabric as it is very soft and the harness is great along with a fabulous one touch seat recline which BOB and P&T do not have but baby jogger does. I am so happy with this stroller. It’s awesome!

Received this stroller and had it assembled and ready to roll in minutes. It’s awesome. The stroller looks great and rolls with such ease. I did a full blown comparison with so many other brands and overall concluded that this stroller was the best of the air wheel group. The canopy is outstanding which is important to me living in Phoenix. My little girl is always happy in this stroller and sleeps comfortably during our long strolls, which is great because we have two other strollers she cannot stand to be in and constantly squirms. I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this stroller!

I would describe this stroller as both rugged and luxurious. Best features on this stroller have to be the head room and sun coverage the canopy offers, it’s awesome. The stroller has a great seat and seat recline that is activated by the back so it is a one step one touch recline instead of adjusting side straps. This system in my opinion is far superior to side strap reclines. The harness clip is one touch as well which I have been looking for in a stroller for some time now. This is a great idea. I am not sure why it is so hard to find strollers with the one touch harness clip. The frame itself feels very rugged and has very cool suspension. I am totally happy with my purchase. This could be the best stroller out there and I have seen them all.
New CITYX3 is FANTASTIC !

We purchased this stroller mostly because of the car seat adapter. We wanted a stroller we could use for our new born that would also work for him as he quickly grows. I first noticed this stroller in a local park a few weeks ago and thought it looked fantastic. It did have a car seat attached. After chatting some with the owner who was kind enough to let me take it for a little test run I decided this was the stroller for us. I like everything about this stroller. Great canopy for sun protection, fantastic seat recline system, padded seats and hooray!! finally a stroller that adds padding to the sides. We have the Graco snug ride and it fits perfect. Installing this adapter was a breeze and the stroller folds with the adapter on. I am so impressed with this stroller
Can someone tell me if the car seat adaptor works with the Graco Snugride 35? Also, I am having a hard time finding where I can order the adapter within Canada.
